How long is the membership?
It’s a 6-month membership that renews on a monthly billing schedule. After your 6 months are complete, you’re welcome to re-enroll to keep your benefits going.
Can I cancel anytime?
If you need to cancel before completing your 6-month membership, we understand and are here to help. Just give us 30 days’ notice by emailing [email protected] or calling 657-528-5239, and we’ll handle it for you with no penalties or fees
How do I book my monthly appointment?
You can book directly through our online booking system in Fresha or by calling us. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. If you're booking your 45-min Essentials treatment that's included in your membership, make sure you book the regular priced standard menu selection ($115) and your membership will cover it at check out
Can I upgrade my service during a visit?
Absolutely! Members can add any extra treatments or upgrades at 25% off during any visit.
For add-ons, can I use my 25% off discount anytime?
Yes — your 25% off applies to any add-on service during any visit, whether it’s your monthly 45-min Essential session or another appointment you book.
What happens if I miss a month?
Membership benefits are for one service per month and do not roll over. We encourage scheduling early to make sure you enjoy every session.
