Group Head Spa FAQ
How does a group head spa work with 5 or more guests?
We use a rotation model. While some guests receive their scalp treatment, others relax in our reception lounge with snacks, drinks, and music. Everyone rotates through so nobody waits long, and the whole group is together the entire time. For our 60-minute package, plan on about 2 hours total. For the 75-minute Gold Experience, about 2.5 hours.
What does "full-spa buyout" actually mean?
It means Lavie Bella is closed to the public during your event. The entire studio — treatment stations, reception lounge, everything — belongs exclusively to your group. No strangers. No shared spaces. Just your people.
How much does a group head spa cost?
Our 60-minute VIP Group package starts at $99 per person with a 5-guest minimum ($495 total). The 75-minute Gold Experience is $125 per person ($625 total). Both include full private-studio buyout, robes, snacks, drinks, and a complimentary add-on for the guest of honor.
Can I book a spa birthday party for men?
Absolutely. About a third of our group bookings include men, and many are all-male groups. Head spa is a scalp wellness treatment, not a gendered experience. Bachelor parties, guys' birthdays, and mixed groups are all welcome.
What's the maximum group size?
We comfortably accommodate groups of 5 to 10 guests in two rotation sessions. Larger groups up to 12 are possible with a third rotation — call or text us at (657) 528-5239 and we'll map out a schedule that keeps everything flowing smoothly.
Can we bring food, drinks, or decorations?
Yes to all three. Bring your own cake, balloons, banners, and drinks. We'll set up the reception area however you'd like. We also provide complimentary snacks and drinks for everyone.
Is there parking at the spa?
Artesia City Plaza has a large free parking lot right outside the building. We're on the second floor at Suite B-202. No meters, no garages, no stress.
What can our group do after the spa?
Walk downstairs. Artesia City Plaza has multiple restaurants in the same building: La Tavolata for Italian and fresh pasta, Pirates Kitchen for a Cajun seafood boil, Sam Woo Cafe for dim sum, and YGF Malatang for Sichuan hot pot. Most groups make a full evening out of it.
Do you offer corporate group booking or team-building packages?
Yes. Corporate groups get the same private-studio buyout, and we can customize the experience — shorter treatments with more rotation, scalp wellness education for your team, or an extended reception for networking. We'll issue a single invoice for your company. Call (657) 528-5239 to plan.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least a week in advance for groups, especially for Friday evenings and weekends. Popular dates (Valentine's Day weekend, Mother's Day, prom season) book up faster — two weeks out is safer for those.
